Jacobie S. Ricard is a facilities, design and construction executive with more than two decades of management experience spanning capital programs, project delivery, operations, talent development, and organizational leadership.
His experience includes managing complex healthcare and institutional environments, leading multidisciplinary teams, developing emerging professionals, and helping organizations translate strategic objectives into executable programs.
His work developing professionals and supporting industry talent pipelines also helped shape TRGA’s focus on talent and workforce development.
